<div>Hello everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Milan, and I am organizing this GoFundMe on behalf of Demetria. Please consider reading her message below.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm reaching out with humility and transparency to ask for your support during a difficult time in my health journey. I will be undergoing another spinal procedure on October 8, 2025—my second this year (the first was in April), following a cyst removal from my L5-S1 in January 2024. These procedures, while necessary, have kept me from being able to return to work and access FMLA or disability benefits as I normally would.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As I continue to heal and prepare for this next surgery, I’m struggling to keep up with my rent. I am asking for help to cover three months of rent, totaling $6,000, so that I can focus fully on recovery without the fear of losing my home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you feel led to give, you can donate here through GoFundMe. For those who prefer, contributions can also be sent directly:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• CashApp: $dpeach80
</div>
<div>• Direct to my property manager (please reach out to me for details).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not easy to share, but I’m trusting in community and kindness. Every donation, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated and will go directly toward keeping me housed and stable during this healing process.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and prayers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>
