Help DeMario smile again

DeMario was hit by a stray bullet which shattered his bottom front teeth, completely knocked out his top front teeth and carved a groove in his upper gums before lodging in his palate. He is in need of extensive oral reconstructive surgery to repair the damaged bone and tissue and rebuild his teeth.
