Help Delilah Heal

Delilah was found in a Derry yard on February 7, 2018. She had no tags or microchip. She was seen scrounging for food out of compost pile. She could barely walk she was so weak and emaciated.  She had open sores all over her back and legs,  ear, eye and skin infections, and she was missing her back left toes.  She has been fostered by the wonderful family that found her, and she has come a long way in recovery.  She has a way to go to heal.  Her skin issues are not getting better as fast as we hoped and she now is having trouble holding in her bowels. The Granite State Dog Recovery has been wonderful in helping to support the cost of her care.  Her foster family was hoping to adopt her, however, her care has increased not decreased as time goes by.  She has become incontinent. Her skin continues to be infected and has yeast.  She needs bathing 3 or 4 times a week. She is on numerous medications. Delilah is now in a home with a retired nurse who will care for Delilah, and if anyone can heal her, she can.
