Help Deborrah Get Cancer Treatment

Everyone! I am horrified to report the news that my dearest mother, Deborrah Smith, has been diagnosed with cancer. The latest biopsy revealed it is Non Hodgkin's B- Cell Lymphoma. Due to recent life changes, she is currently without health insurance.
Deborrah has devoted her entire life to animal welfare. Being a groomer for over thirty years, she has rescued and placed in forever homes hundreds of dogs & cats. She fostered each animal, seeing that they got any, at times costly, medical care they needed. She has given financial support to no-kill shelters in every state she has ever lived in.
She is one of the kindest, most compassionate and selfless human beings I have ever known. Always the first to offer money or the shirt off her back to any human or animal in need, no questions asked. She has helped many folks get out of hard times in their lives by offering assistance with living situations, money and training/education to further themselves in the grooming industry.
Just recently, without asking for a single dime, she handed over the very established and successful business she built with her blood sweat & tears, and often ran all by herself, to one of her employees. Her primary concern, not being money but the well being and treatment of the client base she was leaving behind to begin the much needed next chapter of her life.
I can think of countless acts of generosity and kindness by my mother. Once when I was in the ER, she heard a girl in distress in the next bed over. The young woman was homeless and crying, explaining to the nurse that she had no money and nowhere to go. Without missing a beat, my mom slipped her a $20. No questions asked. No judgement. The list goes on...
I am asking for any help anyone is willing to offer to help my mom with the enormous financial burden of having to pay for cancer treatment out of pocket. Any and everything helps. If my mother has ever helped you along the way, if I have ever donated to any of your causes (there have been many!) and you are able, now is the time to give back! No one should ever have to face cancer, let alone without insurance. I don't know how much she will need, so I am starting her goal at 20k.
