<div>In de nacht van woensdag op donderdag werden we hard geraakt. Er brak een felle brand uit die zich razendsnel verspreidde van het ene houten huisje naar het andere. Ondanks de snelle inzet van de brandweer waren vijf huisjes niet meer te redden. In één nacht tijd verloren mijn buren hun strandhuisje een plek vol herinneringen, zomers met familie en vrienden, en voor velen een levenswerk.

<div>Wat overblijft is verdriet en een financiële klap die hard aankomt. Helaas dekt de verzekering niet alle schade. Herbouw, inboedel, en alles wat verloren is gegaan kost veel meer dan wat vergoed wordt. Daarom vraag ik, als buurtgenoot, jullie hulp.
