Please help Dawn and Batman!

Dawn contacted a member of the STL Lost and Found Pets community on Facebook today for help getting to an emergency vet and paying for care for her sick service dog. He is having trouble breathing, but she's unable to even afford her utilities right now.

I do not know Dawn personally, but have been inspired by the community to get her and her pup the help she needs.
