Help Dawna With Treatment Expenses

My sister, Dawna, has been suffering from Occipital Neuralgia for 6 months. She basically feels like she is being hit in the back of the head with a brick. She has seen 5 doctors, had numerous medical tests, and has taken various medications to try to control the pain. She has had very little success. I found a doctor I thought might be able to help and when I told her about him, come to find out 2 other people with her same condition had recommended him to her recently. So she met with him and discussed his treatment plan. The treatment is referred to as the Central Nervous System Restoration and Dr. McCarty has a 90% success rate with curing Occipital Neuralgia within 12 months. 
Her neurologist has no other recommended treatments at this time other than to continue taking the medication she is on, which causes severe side effects and makes her sick.
After much research and prayer she feels Dr. McCarty is her best option for success.
