Dawn is an incredible wife to her husband Robert “Bob”, outstanding mother of three grown children and their spouses (Sarah (Sarah W), Amanda (Matthew (Chewwy) and Bryan), her four-legged children (Turbo, and Tootsie) and most importantly to her 5 grandchildren (Jeramyah , Kayeden, Max, Owen and Oliver). She has also been a dedicated friend and coworker at her job for over 30 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a passion for helping and teaching others.
On November 27th, the day before Thanksgiving, Dawn was involved in accident and unfortunately lost most of her right arm. She was right hand dominant and will now need to relearn to write Her name, cook, brush her hair and most of her other activities of her daily living. Also, Dawn was the sole income for her and her husband making this situation extremely stressful for her.
We are looking to help her with unexpected medical bills, utilities, help make any updates in her home to make it safer for her to move around, any adaptive equipment or devices that will help aid her in her recovery, gas for going to and from Milwaukee for appointments and groceries.
