<div>David Soderlund is 83 years old and has spent his life helping others in Charlotte, North Carolina. Whether it was hauling, moving, or yard work, David was always the first to lend a hand to friends, family, and neighbors. His kindness and willingness to help have touched many lives over the years.

<div> Recently, David has faced some medical challenges that have made it difficult for him to save enough money for his 2026 property taxes. He has a reverse mortgage on his home, and one of the main requirements to keep his house is to pay the property taxes and homeowners insurance. Without this support, he risks losing the home he has worked so hard to maintain.

<div> We are reaching out to friends, family, and anyone who feels led to help David during this time. Your support will go directly toward paying his 2026 property taxes, allowing him to stay in his home and giving him peace of mind. Thank you for helping in any way you can. My dad would never ask for himself, but we want to be there for him just as he has always been there for others.
