PR Hurricane Help for David Narvaez

Hi All:
On behalf of David Narvaez, I have set up a gofundme to help him make it through these next few long months in Puerto Rico as the Island begins to recover from Hurricane Maria.
David lives in Naguabo PR
The eye of hurricane passed directly over his town. Naguabo is home to local fisherman and just one of the many destroyed towns (David refers to it as a war zone).
Due to the lack of electricty, water, fuel, internet and communications, David has not seen the scope of the devistation on TV or online. Though he has been experiencing it everyday since the storm, he is just beginning to understand the full scope of the situation in Puerto Rico.
David runs his own small contracting business, Cardinal Contractors. Though there may be paid work for him eventually, it will take months for residents, FEMA, and insurance companies to assess the damage just to begin to file claims (and determine if they will cover them). The reality is David's home needs repairs too and his business has been haulted for weeks. He is reachinf out to all his clients for a status on current projects but there has been little communication. It will take time to secure enough new projects to cover his expenses and purchase the supplies he needs to live. The funds raised here have been and will continue to be used for food, water, emergency supplies, communications, tools, and safetly equipement He has been also helping friends & neighbors at no charge. We have been able to take care of some of the immediate needs through an emergency PayPal fund but there is still much more to do.
WE CAN HELP
Hopefully, this gofundme will help David and his girlfriend maintain some of their personal expenses over the next few months as they make repairs and get back on their feet. Note: godundme may hold the account from time to time due to quality control issues (I am sorry for this inconvenience). I, Paul Narvaez, David’s brother, have made purchases of specific relief supplies on his and his girlfriend's (Kelly) behalf for items requested (see update below). I will also make deposits of funds directly to David’s personal account as needed.
Both David and Kelly are generous, outgoing people that are doing the best they can to make it through while also helping their neighbors and friends.
Any amount will help.

UPDATE: David has recieved two Honda generators, 300 lbs of food and supplies, a solar shower, many powerful Solar lights, two commercial grade chainsaws, long range walkie talkies, and many safety items. All made possible with donations from you! Thank you! More to come...
