Help David Castro Get His Groove Back

David Castro is always willing to pitch in and help others, and now it's time for us to pitch in and help him.
As many know, David has had problems with his back for quite some time.  It's finally time for a permanent solution, and David has made arrangements for surgery in late January.  Trouble is, this procedure is considered experimental and it's not covered by David's insurance!  (For information on the procedure, look up DISC EEL.)  The estimate shortfall is about $10,000.
It's the holiday season and there are demands on everyone's funds, but I'm appealing to all of David's friends and coworkers to give as generously as possible.   I took a look at my monthly Starbucks expenditures and figure I can have about $125 on hand if I just gave up that habit for one month!  Any amount that you can give will help.
As David's former manager, and his friend, I urge everyone to do what they can to help David get his groove back...the world is a better place with him in it and his quality of life will vastly improve with this surgery.
