I can’t believe that I’m even having to write this and I don’t even know how but unfortunately I don’t have any other choice.   For those who have been following my cancer journey, May 2022 last year I found out that my cancer had returned after 7 years. This time though, it’s advanced stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma to my peritoneum (Tummy Sack).

 After two fights with Ascites, draining 10-12 litres each time, my body and organs was in a bad way and mentally I was petrified. I was placed on cancer blockers (DAB &amp; TRAM) which worked and managed to hold the cancer back, whilst I worked hard to rebuild my self. 

 But in December, just after Xmas, I showed signs of Ascites again and unfortunately the treatment had stopped working. I then had to fight another two bouts of Ascites and start on immunotherapy.

It took a massive toll on my body over the last few months. I’ve lost 26kg since January and been in hospital for fever, infection and sickness.
 Unfortunately the NHS oncologist has informed me, that even though it’s early, they feel that the treatment isn’t working and if it isn’t then there will be nothing else the NHS can do to help me. The news has broken not just me but family, leaving only one option and that’s to see what the private sector can do for me. This is why the Go Fund me page has been set up because as you can see, the treatment isn’t going to be cheap, so any donations or shares any one can make towards this could quite literally save my life. I can promise you every penny will be spend on treatment or cost associated with treatment and we are also spending every single penny of our life savings and income on just the hope they can help me.
