Help Danielle Battle Breast Cancer

Donation protected
Danielle was diagnosed with breast cancer in June of 2017.  After making subsequent doctor visits for biopsies and MRI's we learned that the cancer progressed and that Danielle would need a double mastectomy which she had June 13th, 2019.
Immediately things were not going well, hours after surgery the doctors found she was bleeding and her red blood count was falling, which made it she needed a blood transfusion. Danielle has had several different infections requiring hospital stays because they couldn't be treated with oral antibiotics. The current infection is so aggressive doctors ordered installation of a PICC line, which is a long term IV,  inserted in her right arm. This has been in since mid-August and Danielle infuses IV antibiotics 3 times per day. She also still has two drains inserted in her sides. She has had these drains in her for almost 14 weeks at this point. Danielle has been re-admitted to the hospital 3 times since her June surgery. She spent Fathers Day, her birthday and my birthday in the hospital. Everything was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. We're now into week 14 and Danielle still has an infectious disease, which just required another change in her antibiotics because the bacteria mutated again, and her recovery will be another 4-6 weeks if there are no more setbacks. She still hasn't been able to start physical therapy and has muscle weakness and pain.
Any donations made will help pay for costs associated with medical bills as well as day to day expenses, since at this point neither Danielle or I can work because she needs someone to take care of her and drive her to the appointments. She can't lift anything, can't drive... she hasn't even been able to shower since June. We've also driven to Dartmouth Hospital (2+ hours each way) once or twice per week, every week, since June. Working isn't possible for either of us at this point in time and we've exhausted what savings we did have. (Our oldest son Jake just went away to college too, which as most of you know isn't cheap) Go Fund Me says you should explain how urgent your situation is, so imagine having 3 kids one who just started college, 4 pets, a mortgage and no income due to medical issues. It's fairly urgent. Also very humbling. So, if you're financially able please consider helping Danielle's recovery and if you're unable to help financially please keep Danielle in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you all very much!
Also, please know that our attitude is positive and we are very grateful that the doctors were able to remove all of the cancer cells. We know it could have been much worse!
