Help Daniela Continue Her Education

Hey everyone!

My name is Tiffany Ortega and I decided to create a gofundme to financially support my younger sister’s education.

My younger sister, Daniela, is currently in her second year at San Diego State University. She is a 4.0 student, involved in campus, and working a part time job. Coming from Oakland CA, I simply want to help get ny sister out of the hood. My family is currently struggling financially lacking support for my sisters education. My mom is currently unemployed & my dad does not have a stable job. I alone can only do so much to help my sister cover the costs of her housing and tuition.

I want my sister to be able to get an education outside of Oakland. Many know that the price to attend a university is expensive, which is why many people do not get the opportunity to finish. She is the first in our family to attend a four year university and I am determined to make sure she is the first one to graduate as well.

Mi nombre es Tiffany Ortega y decidí crear un gofundme para apoyar financieramente a mi hermana menor para su educación.

Mi hermana menor, Daniela, actualmente está en su segundo año de la universidad de San Diego. Daniela tiene excelente calificaciones, se involucra en su universidad, y trabaja medio tiempo. Siendo de la cuidad de Oakland, CA, espero en ayudar a mi hermana salir de esta cuidad. Nuestra familia actualmente está batallando financieramente. Por el momento mi mamá se encuentra sin trabajo y mi papá no cuenta con un trabajo estable. Yo sola no puedo con todo como cubrir los costos de su inscripción y clases y sus gastos de renta y comida.

Quiero que mi hermana obtenga una mejor educación fuera de Oakland. Muchos saben que el costco para atender una universidad es muy elevado siendo unas de las mayores causes por las cuales muchos no terminan sus estudios. Ella es la primera en nuestra familia en asistir a una universidad de cuatro años. Y yo estoy determinada asegurarme que sea la primera de graduarse.
