Help Dan get equipment to come home

Hi. My name is Shelly Cruz. My husband Dan has had some major health issues over the last couple of months. It started with a small fall which lead to having emergency surgery on his leg, then his knee. Then about 4 days later he was diagnosed with Esophageal Necrosis which lead to getting a feeding tube, not able to eat or drink anything until it heals, which could be a month or more. During all of these problems, he was bedridden for about 2 weeks which then he lost all of his strength. He is currently going thru physical therapy trying to gain back that strength. In the mean time, I need to have a wheelchair ramp put on the house in order for him to get into the house whenever he does get released from the rehab facility. I am finding out how expensive those are. He will need the wheelchair now for places other than short distances. Also, a chair that will lift him from a sitting position to help him to stand up. Right now, he can not stand from a sitting position on his own. We don't know when he will be released yet, it kind of goes day by day now. But hoping in the next couple of weeks. We would really be grateful and appreciative for any help that is shared. Thank you so much!
