<div>After a recent two-week hospitalization, <strong>he was unexpectedly diagnosed with a rare type of blood cancer called multiple myeloma and has already started chemotherapy</strong>. To make an unfortunate and overwhelming situation even harder, he was without health insurance during his hospital stay.

<div>He is a devoted single father and the sole provider for his incredible 11-year-old daughter. Doctors have informed us that Damon will not be able to work for at least one year and possibly longer. As a self-employed single dad, who bears the entire financial responsibility for himself and his daughter, he's going to need all the help he can get.

<div>With medical expenses already incurred from hospitalization, the chemotherapy treatments, medications, appointments, and the comprehensive follow-up care still ahead, the financial burden is significant. <strong>Donating will help Damon with both medical and basic living expenses so he can continue to focus on what matters most, his daughter and recovery.</strong>
