My name is Brandy, and I’m reaching out for help for my tiny four-pound chihuahua, Daisy. She’s been my constant companion since she was a puppy, and for the past three years, she’s been more than just a pet—she’s my support animal. I’ve faced my own health battles, including an aneurysm and a stroke, and on my hardest days, Daisy is always by my side, giving me the love and comfort I need to keep going. She’s the little girl I never had, and I truly believe she was made just for me.

Daisy is a spunky, feisty little dog who thinks she can rule the world. Despite her tiny size, she has the heart of a lion and the sweetest face you could ever imagine. She loves everyone she meets, and her gentle, loving nature has brought so much joy into my life. She’s low maintenance, never barks, and just wants to be loved. Her spirit is truly special, and she’s touched the hearts of everyone who knows her.

A few days ago, Daisy suffered a severe injury to both her eyes, which we now know was caused by a previous jaw injury that didn’t heal properly. The injury left her blind instantly, and she’s been in the ICU ever since, surrounded by caring doctors. She urgently needs surgery to remove both eyes and have her jaw wired to support her tiny bones. Every day in the ICU is a struggle, and the costs are overwhelming. After surgery, Daisy will need medication, assisted devices to help her adapt to blindness, and ongoing care as she recovers. My hope is that Daisy can return to her joyful, loving self and live a full, happy life, even without her sight.
