<div>As many of you know, our Mom was diagnosed with cancer in 2021. She has been through a lot, but doing great as of lately, on track with treatments, and feeling great.

<div>Recently, she contracted Flu A, and the last few days for her have been any child’s nightmare.

</div>

<div>This flu caused her to become very sick and she ended up with a few different disease processes at once, to include meningitis and an acute brain injury from a fall, related to the dizziness from the flu.

<div>She was rushed to the ER Friday morning after her fall and likely will remain in the hospital for a few weeks, at least until we can get her close to a new normal, and get some answers and ideas about what life looks like for her long term.
