Hi friends and family!

My name is Ashleigh Pixberg, and I’m raising money for my Black Mouth Cur puppy. Her name is Barcelona. She was diagnosed with viral papilloma, which is a common oral disease that typically goes away. After a year of seeing different veterinarians, as well as trying multiple medication, IV injections, and surgeries, nothing was helping. We decided to see go to a specialist. I’m happy and hopeful to say that Dr. Greenfield from Memphis Veterinary Specialist & Emergency was able to reach out to a vet in Georgetown who is able to make a vaccine to cure Lona’s papilloma.




The vaccine estimates $350; in order to make the vaccine she will have to get a $1500 surgery and then they will send the papilloma to Georgetown, where the vaccine will be made. The inpatient lab work and other medical care is expected to cost another $1500.


I wanted to reach out and share that I’m starting this fundraiser to cure Lona’s Papillomavirus. As you probably already know this is very important to me. I want to give my baby girl the best life she deserves. A donation of any amount would truly help me reach our goal.
