As proud mom and dad to the ever-awesome Xilus, who’s turning nine on April 7, 2025. This year, he’s decided that instead of a big birthday bash, his wish is for a super cool Xbox system—with two epic games, like in Farming Simulator!

Now, life’s been a bit of a wild ride lately: our truck was stolen just two weeks ago (yep, really!), and we’re in the midst of moving into our forever home. With all that going on, we aare chaning focus this year for Xilus birthday celebbratiion. Xilus Update: The Ninja Warrior in the Making

For those who haven’t caught up lately, here’s what our little dynamo has been up to:

* Ninja Training: Xilus is our very own American Ninja Warrior enthusiast, practicing 2–3 hours every weekend!

* Virtual Worlds: He’s been busy building amazing realms in Roblox and Minecraft .

* Mad Scientist Moments: He’s thrown us a few scares with his “money see monkey do” science experiments at home .

* ATV Adventures: His off-road ATV escapades have had me praying to Jesus and laughing all at once .

* Family Planning (Sorta): He even inquired about a little sibling—quickly shut down and replaced with puppy dreams !

* Growing Up: At 4ft 6in and 70 lbs, our little champ is gearing up for more sports ⚽, starting 4th grade next fall , and continuing to blossom into his inquisitive self.

We know you all love him to pieces, and he misses each one of you dearly. Here’s to closing out an epic Year 8 and diving into a blank canvas for Year 9. Mic drop ✨
