<div>Two years ago, our health started going downhill. <strong>Wayne had a heart attack, then one month later, he had another.</strong> Well, after that, he was unable to work. I always worked until my joints got so bad that I couldn't. I have battled cancer two times now, and I have just finished up radiation and started chemo treatments on my third battle. This is the same cancer that took my dads life when he was only fifty. He fought to the very end and I will too, no matter what it cost me. <strong>My copays are high, then our truck broke down and cost $830 to fix.</strong> A necessary item for all the doctor appointments and tests we need to go through.

<div>We live on Social Security once a month. We still pay a mortgage, property taxes, and have a car payment, home insurance, and car insurance. <strong>We're at a point where we have to choose between food, medicine, or bills. We cannot do it anymore.</strong> We're not asking for much, we don't need a hand out, but a hand up. Just enough to help us get by for one year. The truck will be paid for then. I'm sure things will get better by then. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
