<div><strong>Paula Nikita </strong>is a Melbourne pastry chef at Reverie, mentored daily by award-winning French-Australian pastry chef <strong>Pierrick Boyer</strong>. Born in Indonesia, Paula trained in design, moved to Australia in 2017, and chose pastry as her life’s work. In November 2025, she will represent Australia at the inaugural World Cup of Viennoiserie in Vannes, France. Pierrick will judge other contestants in Vannes while guiding Paula’s preparation.

This party will get the community together to celebrate the creative venture and cater with an exclusive Indo-French food menu and a thank-you gathering.
