<div>Our sweet son, crew slater was born with congenital kidney disease. He is now 5 years old. Since the day he entered this world, he’s faced challenges that no child should have to endure. Despite countless doctor appointments, procedures/surgeries &amp; hospital visits, Crew continues to smile, laugh, light up every room he walks into, &amp; always leaves such a special touch on everyone he meets.
</div>
<div> Crew has now reached the point where he needs a living kidney transplant.

<div>As parents of 4 beautiful children, including another child living with Type 1 diabetes, we’ve learned to face challenges one day at a time. But nothing prepares you for the fear of knowing your child’s future depends on the kindness of a stranger. Your Donation will help with medical expenses, travel, and time away from work. It means more than we can express.
</div>
<div>Every donation, every share, and every prayer brings us one step closer to giving our little boy the chance to grow up healthy and simply enjoy being a child. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in our little boy and for helping us search for his miracle.
