For: Cravings Night Market in Tujunga, California. Cravings Night Market has been so much more than a food court market for the community. It has been a true sanctuary where families, elderly community members, disabled community members, and neighbors from all walks of life can gather in a safe place at night. Open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the market has become part of the heartbeat of the community. After the recent Santa Ana winds, that safe space was hit hard when the wind blew down the market’s equipment, causing thousands of dollars in damage and leaving vendors without essential equipment they depend on for their bread and butter.

The creators of Cravings Night Market are now asking for help to replace the damaged equipment for their vendors so the market can continue serving the people who rely on it. This fundraiser is about helping the vendors recover, but it is also about protecting a space that was built for the community, not for profit. To make things even harder, the market’s insurance company is not covering any of the loss. The community is devastated, and support is urgently needed. Please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser to help Cravings Night Market rebuild, reopen fully, and continue being a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Once we rebuild, all are welcome!
