We are fundraising to open our own dream restaurant in Los Angeles!

Our dream started just like a million other Los Angeles dreams - over many late-night dinners. As we indulged, devoured, and critiqued, it was increasingly clear that we had what it took to operate our own restaurant together. Craig with his 30+ years of experience in the industry and Mai with her jack-of-all-trades skillset.

We want a restaurant we would go all the time. Not a restaurant we visit just to cross off the hit-list, but a restaurant we’d return multiple times a week - for the food, for the experience and for the friends you make there.

We found a perfect little restaurant to call our own in the Mar Vista neighborhood. We are in the process of raising most of the funds to acquire it through a small business loan, but we need your help to get to the finish line.
