Help Cover Surgery Costs for Shoulder Repair

TLDR; I messed up my shoulder. Arm don't work right so I need surgery. I'm poor and need extra funds because I have a $5k deductible and they want all my money.

I never thought it would be me making a gofundme for medical bills, but here I am.
So, I need surgery on my left shoulder because there is a tear in the labrum, which is the cartilage in the shoulder socket.

How did this happen? Well, I'm clumsy.

Instance number one; in 2018 I tripped and fell! I fell on my outstretched left arm and that shoulder dislocated. It went back into place after I repositioned myself and got up (it was very painful). They told me then it was subluxed which means it's partially dislocated. I had physical therapy for about 3 months, was on lite duty at work as an EMT, and I mostly recovered! Never had any issue with it. Until

Instance number two; In October 2024........ I tripped and fell again! Same exact thing, I fell onto my oustretched arm and dislocated that shoulder again :(

Since that night there had been several instances where it easily came out of place if I made the wrong motion with that joint. And then it just started hurting more.
So I got x-rays and then an arthroscopic MRI, which determined I have a tear in the cartilage that basically goes in between the shoulder and arm. So that needs to be repaired by just pulling it back together then anchoring it in place. The head of my arm has a small fracture but there's nothing they can do about it. That will just get worse as long as this tear isn't fixed. As you can imagine, this all hurts a lot. It's also affected my abilities at work which is very discouraging as I need to keep working in order to survive.

So, I need to pay the surgeon and the facility a deposit for this surgery that is scheduled for January 13. The amount needed is crazy. The physician deposit is $1,970.88 and the facility deposit is $3,461.25, and I need to pay at least 50% by January 6. With credit and what i'm able to cough up on my own, I still cannot afford this. It's impossible. So, if you got a couple bucks and want to help a friend in need, I'd love your support and i'll be indebted to you forever and ever <3
