I have been asked to set up this Go Fund Me on behalf of my lifelong best friend, Monique Lalonde.
Tragically, Monique lost her mother Pam and needs the support of family and friends now more than ever!
Her mother Pam lived in Idaho and had been estranged from her family due to a life long battle with mental illness and Schizophrenia. Due to her mothers declining mental health, Monique was unable to communicate with her mother on a normal basis. Monique loved her mother and worried constantly about her.
On November 6th, Monique received a call from her mothers neighbor and reported she had not been seen or heard from in about a month. Monique then contacted the Police and asked for a welfare check to be conducted. Monique eventually got a call back from the police and Monique's worst fear had come true; something happening to her mother and being too far away to do anything about it. It was discovered that Pam had passed away in her home possibly up to 4 weeks ago.
Monique now has a giant task ahead of her...not only healing but the financial burden.
She needs to come up with funds to
▪️travel to Idaho
▪️ cremation and final expenses
▪️There is a bad hoarding situation with her moms home, and hired help will be nessesary to clear out the property.
▪️ Due to the length of time Monique's mother was deceased in the home, a biohazard team will be required for clean up and will cost $5,000-$7,000
I know this time of year many are financially strapped for the holidays, but this is how Mo will be spending her holidays. Anyone who knows Monique, knows that she loves to help others and is the first one to do so. Let's now rally around her and help her through this!
