<div>Hello, my name is Teresa Moore, my husband of 43 years, and I have spent the last 25 years learning the law and helping others save their homes from predatory lenders, wrongful foreclosures, and the Crisis in Home Ownership caused by the 2008 Financial Collapse, the Lendor Bailouts, the Covid Crisis-stay at home orders; Shut Down of businesses, and now the backlash causing the Financial Collapse.

<div>Right before the pandemic hit in 2019, we launched the Writing of our first book <strong>FUND MY CASTLE</strong>; however, as Seniors, our health was at risk, and the project came to a standstill.

<div>From 2008 to 2011: 1,026,572 California homes were foreclosed upon.<strong> That’s 1 in every 13 homes in the state. More than 1 million children lived in those homes.</strong> In 2011, 7 of the top 10 hardest cities by the foreclosure crisis in the United States were in California. They are: Stockton, Modesto, Vallejo, Riverside-San

<div><strong>There are approximately another 570,000 California households currently in delinquency</strong>

<div><strong>or foreclosure</strong>—the so-called “foreclosure

<div>pipeline.” <strong>3 The risk of foreclosure fraud has not been resolved, and the government has no interest in depriving people of their property without due process.</strong>

<div><strong>As we launch </strong>our <strong>Educational Platform to help SAVE THE AMERICAN DREAM OF DEBT-FREE HOME OWNERSHIP </strong>we need your help to cover the initial expense of LEGAL SUPPORT.  ATTORNEYS WHO ARE SUCCESSFUL IN WINNING THE WAR AGAINST FORECLOSURE FRAUD AND EDUCATING THE JUDGES AND THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE CORRUPTION.

<div><strong>Our initial $25,000 is to cover the Fees for Ken Carlson's Team at Carlson Law Office,</strong> a Self Help program where his attorneys help individuals write their legal papers. In addition, we have hired California Tenant Law to Write an Opinion letter for Judges and the Sherrif's eviction issues around a Wrongfully Foreclosed Property.

<div>Second, <strong>we have hired Attorney Robert Janes, the author of fighting THE FORECLOSURE MACHINE</strong>, as he writes the legal papers based upon his work on the California 2 Step Process where the Unlawful Detainer action is incorrectly ruling on Wrongful Foreclosure issues.

<div>Third, <strong>we are hiring the Team of Dave Krieger, author of Clouded Titles and Quiet Title Superlawyer Allen West, Esq. </strong>We will use their book - The Quiet Title War Manual, to develop a training program for Attorneys and laypeople to educate the public, courts, and community on the abuse of the Recording of Title Issues by pre-tender lenders.
