Help cover insurance for seeing eye dog & rescue!

Hello!

My name is Chasity and I am a 39 year old blind woman. I am asking for help paying for the insurance policy for my two dogs, Glenn is my seeing my eye dog, he is 8 years old and has been with me since January 2014. Cocoa is my 9 year old rescue and has been with me since July 2015.

I have an insurance policy for both that helps me cover their medical bills and emergencies. Unfortunately  I have had some financial issues and have fallen behind on my bill that is due December 31st. I am on a fixed income and can normally make my payments, I realize I am waiting until the last possible second to ask for help, but I’ve been trying to figure it out on my own. I don’t like having to ask for assistance.
