Our friend Don McIntyre passed away on January 20, 2025 and is sorely missed. His cremation expenses totaled $2,500, which his mom, Shirley, paid, and it would be lovely to help her out with that. It is possible that she will be given a grant through her workplace, but that is slow and not guaranteed. If she is given the grant, this money will be kept by Shirley for planning a memorial service in the summer.
