Help Single Working Mother Purchase A Car

Please watch this short news report before reading this. Courtney Bennett Ward recently started a new life after beating a drug addiction. Things have been going great until her vehicle died.
In a matter of months, after years of not working and depending upon her father for all of her living expenses (and a car to drive), Courtney got a great job at Gold Cross, rented an apartment in her own name, bought her own car and paid cash for it, got her own insurance and tags, got her own utilities and got her children back from temporary custody of her parents. She also attended EMT school and recently graduated. She has excelled in every aspect of her life and is making it financially, but there is no cushion at all.
The vehicle she purchased developed a knock and once she got it to the shop she was told by the mechanics it would cost more to repair than the car is worth. It needs a new motor. So she is stranded. She has two children, 10 and 8, in two different schools and has to go to work every day and many weekends.
Her income covers her living expenses, but she simply does not have enough income to make a car payment. She has had use of a loaner car from a friend since this problem started, but she has to return in this weekend and she will be stranded. She does not want to ask her father for help because he has helped her over the years to his own detriment. She is fiercely proud of her new-found independence and is stressed over her inability to deal with this on her own.
Folks, this is a good cause. She is an inspiration to others and plans to do good for others the rest of her life. She deserves our help and will appreciate anything we can all do for her more than you will know. The more we raise, the better car she can get. Please give generously ... Thank you!
