<div>Brittany and I met with Hershey. They did a very in depth ultrasound on our baby boy. Said he looks great. The one dr said she has little suspicion that he might have a cleft palate. If he does its very minor and can be fixed. She couldn't see it well enough to say yes or no as he wasnt wanting to show his mouth much. They looked at the placenta and cervix and said it was very vascular than it should be. So a lot of blood vessels that arent supposed to be there. They did confirm that Brittany does have Placenta precereta. The worse type of acreeta to have. They told her to rest. Take it easy. Watch for any blood. Even just a drop or if she feels off to go into the nearest hospital where she will be flown immediately to Hershey. They said baby is considered viable around 23 weeks. But our goal is to make it as close to 34 weeks as possible for the best outcome for him and of course for Brittany. They told her this will be a very bloody surgery that she will hemmorage and can lose up to half her blood or more and will need a bunch of transfusions. She will be in the hospital about 2 weeks prior to delivery so they can get her ready and do the steroid shots for the baby. They did say it could be a longer stay depends what the whole team decides. Till then Brittany will see multiple specialist for her and the baby. She needs your guys help to have strength to pull through this as it has taken a toll on her mentally as it would do to anyone if you were told your life is on the line.

<div>As far as Corys health goes. Went in for a loop recorder implant to monitor my heart. When I was in there getting prepped for that the dr came in and said he wouldnt be able to do the implant today as I was in severe rapid a fib. He immediately sent me to the er where I was hooked up to monitors and the cardiologist came in. Told me I needed another cardioversion right then and there. Where they go in and stop my heart and shock it back to a normal sinus rhythm. Thankfully it worked. They debated back and forth whether or not to keep me. The next day I had an appointment with the cardiologist surgeon that we have been waiting months to see. So they let me go to be able to make it to that appointment. The next morning we got up and went to York to see the specialist. He told me I was actually having 3 issues with my heart rhythm. On the left and right side. Afib, Aflutter and A tachycardia. He told me i am not feeling it because of my meds. They put me on another heart med to manage it for now.  He said usually hes very busy but he is putting me in as priority. He told me he can go in and fix the left and right side of my heart. Hopefully that will stop it all. My surgery is scheduled for September 25th. We were also talking about my rapid weight gain.  I told him I dont know why I have gained so much weight and also expressed my coughing issue to him. He told me he believes its fluid from everything going on. He gave me a water pill for a week. Told me to weigh myself everyday. He thinks this pill will help get that fluid out and help with my weight as well as my cough. I asked him after we do the ablasion what the timeline looks like after that as far as me getting my knee surgeries. Which he told me about 2 months after I should be free to hold my blood thinner to be able to get the knee surgeries. Which is great but also puts it around the time that Brittany would be delivering. So I have to focus on her and the baby at that time. This is our updates for now will be back updating as we both see more Dr's.

<div>Hello. Thank you for stopping by our GoFundMe. As a lot of you know, we have been faced with a lot these last couple of months. It's been very hard physically and financially. It all started when Cory was having some chest pains. He finally went to the hospital and found out he was in A-fib. He was immediately admitted and a few days later had a procedure where they stopped his heart and restarted it, thinking it would help the A-fib. Unfortunately, it did not. He was in and out of the hospital for a few weeks, going back and forth into A-fib. Since then, every single day he has a scary episode of his heart acting up. He has to take his vitals every day. He has been back and forth to different doctors and just gets the runaround constantly. He now has to get a loop recorder implanted in him, which can be in for up to 4 years. It will monitor how many times a day he goes in and out of A-fib. He is also awaiting to see a heart surgeon, where they suspect they will be doing a heart surgery to cauterize whatever is causing the A-fib, if that's an option. He also has a sleep study coming up as they told him he has severe obstructive sleep apnea.

<div>Even with the craziness going on with his heart, he is still in extreme pain with his knees that desperately need to be replaced. His implant has failed and collapsed, embedding into itself, causing him to not be able to walk much. Sitting, standing, and laying down causes him extreme pain. On top of his knees, he found out his back is now acting up too. He has discs in his back that need to be replaced. So, he is looking at a back surgery coming up too. They can't and won't perform any of these surgeries until we know for sure what's going on with his heart, as it's too risky to put him under anesthesia.

<div>We found out a few months ago we are expecting. We ended up telling everyone it's a boy at one of his wrestling shows in front of family and friends. It was a great time.

<div>On August 22nd, we went in to get our anatomy ultrasound, thinking it was going to be a great appointment where we would just see our beautiful baby boy and how he is growing. Never expected I would walk out of that appointment in tears.

<div>They started the ultrasound. Everything was going well until the technician got very suspicious and asked me if she could do an internal ultrasound. Not thinking anything of it, I just thought they wanted a better, closer view of him. Once the doctor came back in with her, I knew something was up. The doctor told me she had concerns. She didn't tell me what, but said we would be meeting in her office afterward. The technician finished her exam and took us to the doctor's office.

<div>There we sat, and she started off by telling me baby boy looks good as far as anatomy goes. Then she continued with, but I'm very concerned about this. There she informed me that my placenta has overgrown over my uterus and has embedded itself into my bladder. Never hearing of this before, I immediately broke down into tears.

<div>She continued to tell me that this was very serious and life-threatening for me and potentially for baby boy.

<div>She told me there are 2 options at this point:
</div>
<div>1. Terminate the pregnancy. But the damage is already done, and they would still have to go in and perform surgery to get the placenta detached from the bladder by doing a full hysterectomy.
</div>
<div>2. Continue with the pregnancy and take it day by day, carefully monitoring myself and at the sight of a drop of blood, getting into the hospital immediately. As it's not about if I hemorrhage, but when I do.

<div>We decided to go to Hershey Medical Center where there are specialists and get a second opinion. Regardless of what the decision is, it will all be going through them. The doctor told me I will deliver around 34 weeks if I go to full term, which will consist of them going in and getting baby out and getting me through it. He told me that I will need blood transfusions and more than likely have a catheter inside me for a while since they have to cut into my bladder. This also has to be done by a cancer doctor as they are the only ones who can do it because it's pretty much like removing a mass out of me.
