<div><strong>Altadena stood strong</strong> like I knew it would while the fire was moving beyond the golf course. Unfortunately, the high shifting winds, low humidity and other environmental factors did not allow for air craft to strike the fire from above. Firefighters did all they could with what they were given. Unfortunately, most of our town no longer remains.

<div><strong>It feels very strange to post something like this </strong>and you never think you'll be in this circumstance (I certainly didn't). Anything helps, truly.

<div>Funds will go toward: temporary housing, fuel, transportation costs, food, toiletries, pet supplies and other necessities. I'm hoping my 2013 car will hold up for my new 42 mile commute
