Help Corinne Conquer Cancer
Corinne Larue and I have been friends for close to 15 years. While our relationship initially began as working colleagues, we grew to become friends over the years with her contagious energy, spirit, and positive outlook on life.
As you’re probably aware by now, Corinne was recently diagnosed with breast cancer as is currently in the early stages of medical examinations to help identify the best treatment plans possible to contain the cancer and to provide a treatment preventing it from spreading any further.
The good news is that this was detected at a very early stage and that fast treatment will ensure in her success of a speedy and healthy recovery.
With that said, medical costs are beginning to add up and insurance only picks up a very small fraction of what the actual treatment costs. Furthermore, the treatments will result in down-time that she'll need to rest and recover and prevent her from much of her full-time work to asist with other bills of daily life.
I am creating this GoFundMe account with an initial goal of $5,000 to help Corinne with some of the expenses of the treatment so that she can spend her time getting healthy and not worrying about medical bills.
For those of you that know Corinne, she is an inspiring woman and has demonstrated this through her passion for animals. So many times she has called me sharing stories of helping animals through the various rescues and animal shelters. She has shared her successes and has shared her emotions when she wish she could have been able to help more to ensure that these animals can have their required surgeries, care, in order to have a full shot at a vibrant and healthy life.
Today is our turn to do the same for her! Together, we can help her on this journey of healing so that she doesn’t have to face this alone.
