On December 1st, our parents, Miriam and Armando Cordova, lost their entire home in a devastating fire. Thankfully, no one was home when the fire broke out. The family cat, Nemo, made it out safely, but the house and everything inside were completely destroyed.

Over the past few days, many people have reached out asking how they can help. We created this fundraiser for those who wish to contribute as my parents work through the immediate aftermath of losing their home. They need to replace essential items such as:

    •    Clothing, shoes, and warm coats

    •    Underwear and personal hygiene items

    •    Prescriptions that were lost in the fire and must now be refilled

    •    Basic day-to-day necessities

This has been an overwhelming and heartbreaking time for our family. Any support — no matter the amount — will go directly toward helping Miriam and Armando take care of their immediate needs as they begin to rebuild their lives.
