My name is Conrad Markstein, and I am starting this project because of the passion I found through my school’s Music for the Elderly club. For the past three years, I have had the privilege of being part of a group that brings 2 to 6 student musicians from our high school to perform at weekly events for elderly residents. Over time, I saw how much these visits meant. Music can bring comfort, connection, and joy, and I wanted to do more than just help with one club. After becoming president, I decided to expand this work into a philanthropy so I can reach even more elderly homes, especially those that are underfunded and often overlooked.

These funds will help me organize larger music events for elderly homes and also provide direct support to underprivileged elderly homes that need extra resources. My goal is to continue creating meaningful musical experiences while also giving practical help to homes that may be struggling. Please support my project if you can, whether by donating or sharing this fundraiser. Your support will help me bring more joy, care, and resources to elderly residents and remind them that they are valued, remembered, and deeply deserving of kindness.
