Help Colm pay for medical bills.
In december, I went to a walk in clinic worried about a growth on my lip. The physician there feared the growth could be cancerous and I was referred to a specialist at St. Michael's hospital in Toronto. Thankfully the growth was a benign papilloma and they were able to remove it.
I currently do not have any immigration status in Canada, thus no health insurance (OHIP) and I am currently unable to work. I also cannot receive government COVID-19 relief due to my expired SIN number as a result of my expired working visa. I am currently waiting for my status in Canada to be restored but has been delayed due to the ongoing pandemic.
My travellers insurance which I have will not cover any of my medical costs because the growth was already present when I purchased my coverage.
This means I will have to pay the medical bills out of my own pocket and simply cannot afford to.
Anything at all would be greatly appreciated, and will help me be able to stay in Canada.
Feel free to contact me at [email redacted] if you have any questions.
Thank You, Colm
