Help Cody pay for his insulin

Hello! My name is Cody. I live in St. Louis with my girlfriend Hannah and our geriatric cat Feisty. I'm trying to raise money to cover the cost of my insulin through the end of 2020. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and I take two different types of insulin every day. The monthly cost of my insulin without insurance is around $1600, not including the cost of needles, testing strips, medical appointments and procedures, living expenses, etc. I have been laid off and I lost my insurance at the end of June. With the pandemic continuing to go unchecked in the US, and me not being sure of when or where I will return to work, I am turning to friends, family, and strangers for support. I am OK right now but I am worried about how I'm going to pay for insulin and supplies at the end of July and going into the fall and winter.Thank you so much for donating and sharing this on my behalf.I don't want to end up rationing insulin. I don't want to be another victim of big pharma's greed. I have to believe that we can make things better for people who need life-saving medication.
