Help Cobargo Rebuild

On New Year's Eve, Cobargo was ravaged by fire. Much of the historic main Street has been destroyed, and many family homes, including mine.

So many people will need help in the coming months, and I can't think of anyone better to entrust with donations than the Cobargo Country Women's Association. 100% of this fund will go directly to the Cobargo CWA as opposed to the greater CWA disaster relief fund (which is also a fantastic way to donate).

Cobargo was my home town, and I spent my entire childhood in the park, the pool, the 'hippy shop' and the train. I am devastated for the people still there suffering. Many people like me are so far away and we don't know what to do. This is just one way to reach out.

If you would like donate to the greater CWA disaster relief, the link is here:
CWA Disaster Relief Fund

I have been in touch with a local member to let them know who I am so there is full accountability for the funds.

Cobargo is a small but vibrant community on the Far South Coast of New South Wales. Full of creativity, we've housed leather works, potteries, art galleries, beautiful food and genuine hospitality.

Right now most people are away at family homes or evacuation centres. The road to recovery will be long, but hopefully these funds will help the CWA find the areas in the community that need most help.
