My name is Christopher, and I’m reaching out for support as I work to get back on my feet after a challenging year. In 2023, I had to stop working due to serious knee problems that required both of my knees to be replaced. The recovery process has been slow and difficult, and I’ve struggled to regain my ability to walk. While I was able to rely on long-term disability benefits for a while, those ended in June 2025, leaving me without a steady source of income.

 Right now, I’m facing mounting rent, bills, and medical expenses. I’ve been doing everything I can to stay afloat, but without my disability benefits and with my recovery still ongoing, it’s become impossible to keep up. I’m not currently receiving any other support, and I want to make sure I can keep my home and continue my recovery until I’m able to return to work.
