My husband Christian was in a devastating truck accident in the Texas panhandle, over 1,000 miles from our home in Indianapolis. He was ejected out of his semi-truck and woke up on the pavement, unable to move. Christian was life-flighted to Northwest Texas Healthcare Center in Amarillo, where he has now undergone multiple emergency surgeries for multiple fractures in his left leg, both wrists, left arm, and right thumb, as well as a serious head laceration. He has no health insurance, and the costs for his care are overwhelming.

Christian has been a truck driver for four years, working tirelessly to provide for our family. I am a stay-at-home parent to our toddler, and with Christian as our sole source of income, we are now facing urgent financial challenges. We need help covering lodging while he is hospitalized, our household bills and rent are due, and Christian will be unable to work for months as he recovers. With no family nearby to help, I am doing my best to care for both Christian and our child during this crisis.

Christian is a kind, patient, and selfless man who has always put others first. He has opened his heart and home to anyone in need, and now he needs help more than ever.
