Hello!

my name is Christian. I am a WTAMU nursing student, and my fiancé, Drew, works at the waterstill warehouse.

This is our baby nugget. On 4/24, we had to take nugget to the vet because we noticed that he wasn’t eating or drinking, along with some other unusual habits such as toileting outside of his litter box and becoming easily agitated. He was in the vet for about a week, needing to come home on special food because we found that he had a kidney block.

he had a Foley catheter and was receiving fluids to flush out his system. Thanks to all of the wonderful people who helped, we were able to pay for him to come home.

day one of bringing him home, he wanted to be left alone. He was eating and drinking, but his urine was still pink.

day two, he was a bit more chipper, but still feeling lethargic and showing signs of discomfort.

day three he started to mellow out again, but we noticed him eating and drinking a bit less. His genitalia were very inflamed and swollen, despite the fact that he had revived his last dose of medication already.

Today. Day four, the vet called to follow up and they decided they wanted us to bring him back in just because of the symptoms he was experiencing… they require up front payment and we just don’t have the money to pay a large bill again.

As day 4 has progressed, I’m noticing signs of dehydration as well as noticing that he hasn’t eaten today as well. He has been extremely lethargic, laying in only one place for nearly the entire day.

Please Help us to save my Nugget and get him back to feeling better
