The owner of the other dog just sat there and watched while the other dog attacked her and didn’t offer any help in calling the police or rendering aid after the incident. My mom lost a lot of blood, broke her forearm, and dislocated some fingers while trying not to let the dog get to her face or neck. <strong>If you feel led to donate to this cause, please do.
