Help Chris Make A Splash Again

Hi my names Chris, a little about myself.
I have TAR syndrome (thrombocytopenia with absent radius), it's a rare genetic condition that affects my arms and legs.
Nearly twenty years ago I had some extremely painful leg operations called Ilizarov's and the best form of recovery was to swim. I couldn’t swim in a public pool because fear of infections so my Mum managed to get a pool donated.
With the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) coming in last year it has given me access to services I never had before. One of those services is a physio which has greatly improved my health and fitness.
For over the past year now I have had a volunteer job at the organisation Leep as a digital mentor helping people overcome their anxieties of technology and learn new things.
It gets me out of the house socialising and contributes to my well being.
Also thanks to Leep I am studying doing a Cert IV in assessment which will eventually enable me to enter the workforce.
One of my ultimate goals is to loose some weight and that’s where you come in, over the years my pool has fallen into disrepair and I’d like to get back into swimming.
The pool has a leak somewhere, it needs loads of chemicals and we've been told it needs a new chlorinator.
Even the smallest donation is appreciated to help get the pool up working again so I can improve my fitness and help me lose some weight.
Thank you.
