Help Chris Get his Emergency Dental Surgery

We are all still in disbelief of the accident that occurred on Thursday, August 27th, 2021, and what Chris Lewis had to experience that evening. The physical trauma he survived was unbelievable.

That afternoon there was a terrible thunder storm with hail and lightning. After which he was coming on foot to meet me after work so we could go home. I was watching him walk towards the car. As he was coming down hill, it looked like he hit a large patch of mud after the storm, concealed by tall grass and slid and landed face first on the the base of the trunk and roots of a planted tree on the side walk. I immediately ran to him, there was blood everywhere and he was not breathing. I was in disbelief. He finally came back to consciousness. Chris sustained extensive injury to his nose and mouth, which also means extensive dental surgery and recovery. He has damage to 5 of his teeth and almost bit through his lip in the fall.

OG Chris is and amazing Skateboarder, Brother, Friend and Fiance. He is someone I think many lookup to in the community. We were taken aback by the incident. When I found him I could not believe what i was seeing, the love of my existence could have been gone before my eyes.

We are grateful that he was able to survive and was given a second chance to live.

Chris will be having the preliminary surgery that is covered by his insurance but he is left to pay everything else out of pocket.
