Take the C out of Cancer

In February of 2015 at the age of 28, Chris was diagnosed with testicular cancer and successfully had the cancer removed. Chris and his wife Kristina were told that there would be a 15% chance of reoccurrence, this unfortunately became a reality just 2 years later. Chris now has to undergo chemotherapy to more aggressively attack this cancer. He has had several complications while trying to get the treatment needed including a pulmonary embolism that put him in the hospital for 6 days, as well as an allergic reaction to the chemotherapy prescribed. Kristina has been an amazing support to Chris through it all and had to take a leave from work to help care for Chris. "Take the C out of Cancer" is an effort to support this amazing couple with the many hospital bills and cost of living during this difficult time and help them focus their energies on getting Chris healthy again.
