Help Chewy get her surgery

Please help our Chewy. She is our 13 year old      pug and has been with us since birth therefore,   she is a part of our family. She has always been a happy go lucky dog and recently became ill and  needs surgery in which we can not afford at this time. Please, if anyone can help us and our             beloved Chewy we will be very grateful.
