<div>In 2014, we opened our doors as the <strong>first full-service vegan restaurant in Harlem’s history</strong>. Since then, we’ve served thousands of people, changed lives through food, and built a family with our community.

<div>Last year, we re-opened as <strong>Seasoned Vegan Real Quick</strong>, a fast-casual concept in the East Village, NYC. We've been operating with love, grit, and a tiny team, working to keep the dream alive after being forced out of our Harlem location.

<div>But the truth is: running a small, independent, family-owned restaurant in NYC is <strong>incredibly hard</strong>—especially one that prioritizes health, sustainability, accessibility, and organic ingredients <strong>over</strong> profit margins.
