<div>My name is Angie, mum and carer of Charlotte who is 30. Charlotte is a non-verbal young woman with complex needs who experiences the world deeply through movement, nature, sound, wind, texture, and outdoor sensory experiences.
</div>
<div>She absolutely loves being outside — the sea air, woodland paths, birds, changing light, movement, and the feeling of freedom that comes from being out in the world rather than confined indoors.
</div>
<div>Over the past year, life has changed enormously for both of us. I care for Charlotte full time, and despite many challenges, my priority has always been making sure her life contains joy, stimulation, dignity, adventure, and meaningful experiences — not just basic care and survival.
</div>
<div>We are now trying to raise funds for a Mountain Trike E-Push all-terrain wheelchair trike.
</div>
<div>This specialist adaptive trike would allow Charlotte to safely access:
</div>
<div>beaches
</div>
<div>woodland trails
</div>
<div>coastal paths
</div>
<div>parks
</div>
<div>rough terrain inaccessible to her standard wheelchair
</div>
<div>The electric power assist would also reduce physical strain on me as her full-time carer, making longer outdoor journeys safer and more sustainable for both of us.
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, specialist adaptive equipment like this is extremely expensive and completely beyond our financial reach alone.
</div>
<div>The fundraising target includes:
</div>
<div>the Mountain Trike E-Push all-terrain wheelchair
</div>
<div>seating and support adaptations
</div>
<div>safety accessories and restraints
</div>
<div>weather protection
</div>
<div>delivery and setup costs
</div>
<div>Charlotte deserves access to adventure, freedom, nature, and community just as much as anyone else.
</div>
<div>Any donation, no matter how small, genuinely helps.
</div>
<div>And if you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean the world to us.
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping Charlotte experience the outdoors again
