Help Charlotte get the surgery she needs!

Hi, my name is Charlotte and I am a 5 month-old teckel. I was involved in a car accident on October 4th and need surgery for my punctured bladder. My hip was also fractured. My doctor said it might heal on its on in the next few months or I might also need another surgery!

Please help my parents Jesse and Angie fund my surgery. I know they were really trying to save up to buy a house. I heard Mommy say she wanted one with a backyard so I can run and play as much as I want.

I cannot wait to go back home! There are so many pairs of shoes I haven't chewed up yet.
